Colonel De's Grilled Fruit Salad
Colonel De’s GRILLED FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
· 1⁄2 cup pineapple, diced
· 1⁄2 cup cherries, diced – (currently unavailable at market--substitute any seasonal fruit)
· 1⁄2 cup strawberries, diced
· 1⁄2 cup peaches, diced – (currently unavailable at market--substitute any seasonal fruit)
· 1 banana, diced
· 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
· 2 oz. Bluberry Mint Vinegar
· 2 Tbsp. Grilled Fruit Salad Mix
· Ice Cream
Instructions:
1. In tin foil on the stove or grill over medium heat or add Blueberry Mint Vinegar
2. Add pineapple, cherries, and strawberries. Cook about 3 minutes.
3. Add peaches and banana. Cook about 2 minutes.
4. Add kiwi just before Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook no longer than 1 minute. Turn fruit gently to coat.
5. Serve warm on cake or ice cream. Whipped cream suggested.
