Cream Cheese Crab Rangoons

Makes 18 rangoons

INGREDIENTS (WHERE TO BUY):

PREPARATION:

  • Gently combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  • Lay out 3 won ton wrappers at a time and pace two teaspoons of filling into the center of each. Dab edges with water and fold two opposing corners together to form a triangle. Wet tips of the triangle and fold inward. Repeat until filling is completely used.
TO FRY
  • Preheat one inch of oil to 325.
  • Drop the rangoons into the hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy. 
  • Drain on paper towels.
TO BAKE
  • Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spray each rangoon with cooking spray and bake 12-14 minutes.
