Crockpot Roast with Apples and Carrots

Ingredients (Where to Buy):

Preparation:

  • In medium bowl, toss apples with lemon juice and set aside.
  • Season roast with salt and pepper.
  • Chop onions into medium chunks and place half of them in your crock pot. Cut apples into slices and toss in 4 to 6 wedges in as well.
  • Place seasoned roast on top of the bed of carrots and apples. Surround roast with remaining apples, onions, and carrots and top with the rosemary sprig.
  • Cover and cook on
    HIGH for 4 hours
    MEDIUM for 5 1/2 to 6 hours or
    LOW 7 to 8 hours.
