Gramma Debbie's Asiago Chicken Burger
Asiago Chicken Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Chicken – find at Gramma Debbie’s Kitchen ½ cup Medium Asiago Cheese – find at Gibbs Cheese
¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes – find at Dean’s Mediterranean Import ¼ cup Spinach, fresh – find at Roth’s Produce
½ tsp White pepper – find at Colonel De Gourmet Herbs & Spices 1 tsp Salt – find at Colonel De Gourmet Herbs & Spices
½ tsp Garlic powder, or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced – find powder at Dean’s Mediterranean Imports; find fresh garlic at Roth’s Produce
Instructions:
1. Grate Asiago Cheese (large grater).
2. Chop Sundried Tomatoes into ¼” pieces.
3. Chop Spinach into ½” pieces.
4. Mix cheese and vegetables with spices, then add into the ground chicken.
5. Blend thoroughly and then turn into patties. – Makes 6 Burgers
6. Grill or sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.
