Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Makes 2 servings.

INGREDIENTS (WHERE TO BUY):

PREPARATION:

  • Slice bananas into 1/3 inch rounds
  • Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl
  • Spray a large skillet with olive oil spray and place over medium heat
  • Add bananas and cook for about 2 minutes on one side.
  • Sprinkle half the spice mixture on and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Flip, sprinkle the rest of the mixture, and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Serve.
