ETC Produce & Provisions

Husband and wife team, Estevan & Toncia, both started in the food industry before they made the switch to farming. ETC started in The Shed in 2018 selling their homegrown produce, before moving into the Findlay Market roll-up space in 2019 where they incorporated selling produce and provisions from other local farmers and producers. Estevan & Toncia still have their farm which has continued to grow and is now home to several hundred chickens and where they compost all of their produce that is not sellable or donatable.
