Chacabanas is nearing the end of their Findlay Launch Residency. Let’s celebrate everything they accomplished during their year-long residency on Elm Street! We will kick things off at 3 PM at Jane’s with remarks from the owners and the Findlay Launch team.

Chacabanas’ final day of service will be Sunday, June 16. After their graduation, Chacabanas will be popping up at Somerset in Over-the-Rhine on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 PM - 12 AM. They will continue to offer catering services. Learn more about their catering menu here.

About Findlay Launch

Findlay Launch is a food-focused Storefront Accelerator, located in the Findlay Market District of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the first of its kind in our region, with a specific focus on giving real time experience to food-related retail and restaurant concepts. This residency-based program provides crucial mentorship, industry connections, a 9-week food retail and restaurant curriculum, and a minimum of 12 months in a fully built-out, operating storefront.
