Come down to the Market to pick up a FREE Halloween costume! We will have costumes of all sizes, and everyone is invited back to the Market on Halloween to Trick or Treat through the Market House.

• Mask Making Station on the Race St. Esplanade

• Caricature Artist Kirk Carlton will be drawing portraits from 11 AM - 3 PM
