Started in 1996 by Bryan and Carolyn Madison, Madison’s at Findlay Market has built a loyal following beyond the Greater Cincinnati area. Local produce and products were the focus in the early days, and they remain the focus today. Laura Riley and Frank Stier continue the legacy by providing the freshest, highest quality local produce, when in season, and extending their intriguing selection of local products, developed and produced right here in the Tri-State area. Customer-favorites, like Sixteen Bricks Artisan Bakehouse breads, Hartzler Family Dairy and Snowville Creamery dairy products, Madisono’s Gelato and Sorbets, Grateful Grahams, Shagbark Mill & Seed, Hen of the Woods kettle chips, Weisenberger Mills flours, grits and cornmeal, and, of course, a growing list of local farm produce, grace the store. Plus, Madison’s offers a platform for local purveyors to sample their products amongst a culinary curious crowd.
Madison’s at Findlay Market also has a wide selection of bulk items, many organic, such as dried beans, rices, nuts, flours, and grains. They encourage customers to bring their reusable containers. Madison’s will tare the bag, canister or jar. You simply pay for what’s inside. Lastly, Madison’s is proud to now carry Napa Valley’s incredible Rancho Gordo Heirloom dried beans, hominy, and spices.
