Mama Lo Hizo, Spanish for Mama Made It, is a Mexican-style food stand located in the west wing of the Market house. Owner Mark Whitworth named both his kettle corn business and Mama Lo Hizo in honor of his mother who counselled him to never be stopped by the "should have, could have and would haves" in life, but to live and pursue his dreams!
